Under Review: Candy

1. M&M’s
M&Ms are a delicious candy. With the hard casing and the wonderful chocolate inside, I am always happy to pick up these packets, though they never hold enough.
2. 3 Musketeers
Chocolate covered nougat! It even sounds good. 3 Musketeers are a great and classic candy, especially for Halloween. First offering strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate flavors (hence the name), 3 Musketeers have been around for over 40 years and will still be enjoyed for many more.
3. Snickers
3 Musketeers and Milky Way combined, Snickers have everything. Chocolate, caramel, nougat, and peanuts make a tasteful combination that is always enjoyable on Halloween night.
4. Kit Kat
Chocolate, wafers, and more chocolate. Invented in 1935 in Europe, these candies were first used in wartime advertisements; with the slogan, “active people eat these.”
5. Reese’s
Peanut butter and chocolate–genius idea! With one bite into the jagged-edged chocolate, you get the blast of both chocolate and peanut butter. What else could you ask for?
6. Skittles
You may not be able to taste the actual rainbow when you eat skittles, but they sure are good. The blast of flavor in your mouth is striking, yet delicious.
7. Twix
Perfect layers of caramel, cookie, and chocolate! Twix is yet another classic Halloween candy. The one bite packaged Twix is a delight to see in a Halloween bowl of candy.
8. Milky Way
Caramel, chocolate and nougat are the three wonderful ingredients that make up this wonderful candy. I know I become happy when I see the shiny Milky Way wrappers in a bowl of candy.
9. Sour Patch Kids
The slogan of this candy is true: “Sweet. Sour. Gone.” These classic treats go sour, then sweet, and then they’re gone. You finished the bag without realizing it.
10. Candy Corn
Perhaps the most classic Halloween candy, candy corn is a sweet and tasty treat. Loved by some and hated by others, these candies have an interesting flavor that I personally do not like.
