Beyond a color
Get comfortable; this might take a while. In order to share the lived experiences of Asian Americans at SJS, we spoke with 17 sources, transcribed 126 pages of interviews and expanded our coverage to five pages. As Asian Americans ourselves, we realize that many facets of our experience are unfamiliar to others.
As you read, we urge you to keep an open mind, and we hope our efforts will encourage dialogue. Please carefully consider your words and actions because they carry immense weight. And to our fellow Asian Americans: Never doubt your ability to speak up and always stay true to your experiences.
