Upper School volunteers tutor at-risk McReynolds Middle Schoolers in math and literacy every Saturday.
Unaware that the BEAR headquarters were closed on Dec. 8 due to inclement weather, SAC representatives and Community Service officers brought gifts for CPS kids to the warehouse.

Gift deliveries for holiday service project postponed due to inclement weather

Because of inclement weather on Dec. 8, the annual delivery of holiday gifts, which were donated by SJS advisories for the BEAR community service project, was postponed.
The Community Service Board, SAC and other students prepare to volunteer with Be A Resource for CPS Kids (BEAR) during the holiday season. The Community Service Board hopes to promote similar projects and events through the open meetings.
